Terrible experience on this app 0 availability, but the funniest thing is that they tell you that they do have it when you apply. and with the story of the infinite wait after But quick if they charge. Occupy your money elsewhere if you have availability.

Anyone who is going to apply here, keep in mind that they will not have an apartment available even if they say they do at the time of application. Then when they call they say that the wait can be months that they don't even have any idea when they will have one???? But if they charge you the application of 90 per person and the hold fee of 300 that you can occupy For an application that does have availability for move-in .What a great lack of respect everything here.

I put an application to this property, the apartment was ready if they approved me for the date I wanted, and now there is no apartment, They told me that they can keep the fee deposit and the applications for months or who knows until another one is available? I can imagine how many people apply the same and lose the money from their application. I don't like this method. If they don't have an apartment, how do they take applications? I have a family that can't wait months to live in a place 🤷

Most of the units are income based. There are luxury units without income limits.
They are open 3 times a week. Mainly thru in person visits or email.

Use the maintenance request online and then if no one responds call the maintenance number. Sadly they have failed us with poor maintenance.
Close to canal street and transportation is right outside complex. Beach is 10 mins in car. I've lived here since August. Moved from miami. And I love it. Small friendly town. Lots of greenery
Not long. It's best to start inquiry online at website. They will get back to u asap. The office isn't open daily.
