What a seamless experience! I did the check in online and go straight to the lot option they have (there’s a name for it but I forget). And it was exactly that when I got there. I was little confused which car to pick but someone was in the parking lot who was able to point me in the right direction. Car already had a toll pass in it so that was very convenient that I was just charged for later (under 20 dollars to Newport and back). When I returned it, I just pulled up and got out of the car. A gentleman asked me if the keys were in the car I said nope and he said no worries. Took the keys and said to expect an email from him. Not long after I got the email with my charges! Couldn’t be easier if they tried. I will be using Alamo again when I’m back in RI!

Flight was late but they made getting out quick and easy. Got a nice Ford Escape. Return was quick and painless with the same great service. Thank you.

While I always check the competitors’ prices, it seems that of late, Alamo always comes out on top. In particular Alamo PVD provides great service with late model very clean cars and professional and pleasant helpful employees.
