I was able to get a car last minute which I was grateful for, however, the car had an extremely awful smell of Marijuana! Staff gave me air freshners to mask smell. Several mechanical lights were flashing also. See attached photos. I did call to inform them and I was credited some money for the inconvenience. Staff was accommodating and genuinely interested in my complaints. Will call again if I need another rental.

Due to a last minute change in transportation, I had to rent a car quickly. The checkout was easy and the agent was helpful. Choices were very limited. The Kia I was rented had damage to the passenger seat and smelled like vomit. When I returned the car there were no agents at the drop off station or the main counter. I called to get information and the rep I spoke to on the phone had no answers.

I will give you an estimate about how much you would pay per month. So, $989.° you would have to pay, and if we apply taxes and, by rounding this numbers you could end up paying about, 3K without including taxes. This is according to my own research. I hop my answer is useful to you Shelley.
Rates change based on season, type of vehicle, length of rental and vehicle availability. Your best bet is to go online and see current rates for the vehicles. If you're going to be there in less than 3 hours, just walk up to the counter and ask.
Just drop it off on the 4th floor make sure you take all your paperwork with you they will find your car leave the keys in it
There is a small shuttle that takes you but they do not open up until 5:00 a.m.

No !! Their desk closes at 12:30am. They will call you before your flight comes in and secure your reservation so you can pick it up at the Airport. But you will be charged for that day even though u didntt actually take possession of the vehicle until after midnight which is actually the next day.It just happened to me last week
I had a car for Fri, sat, sun and mon for $551.00. Unlimited miles and paid gas before returning car..was about $100.00 more than usual but worth it to run around unlimited miles..
You "run" a vehicle for a week. Are you talking about gas prices?
There is a multi story parking garage connected to the airport that is designated for rental car pickup/drop offs. The parking garage is connected to the airport so no transportation is needed unless you have a need for inner airport disability accommodations.
