I lived here for 5 years, so I think I'm at liberty to write an accurate review. I loved my time here at Sugartree. The Property manager Debbie is who I went through for almost everything. I really like her. She is accommodating, understanding, polite, and professional. As long as you are doing what you are supposed to be doing, Ie; picking up your dog's waste, paying rent on time, being a polite a courteous neighbor, they do not bother you at all. The entire property has classed up a lot since I moved here in 2016. Exponentially in the last two years. Debbie has always been quick to get out 'riffraff' and I feel comfortable walking my dog in the middle of the night here. I think the downsides of living here was exactly what I expected them to be. (mainly just the deposit being a fee instead of returnable.) but I knew that going in to it. There was never any surprises and I was always treated like I was a valuable customer. I would recommend them to anyone.

Went and the office was closed on a weekday. Place looks run down, folks with no jobs hanging out in the parking lot, which is full of broken abandoned toys. I did not get in to see an apartment so I have no opinion on them.

Are the reviews correct? Is Sugar Tree apts full of rats and roaches, etc as it says above?

Absolutely not. I lived in Lake Mary Lakes Edge and paid 1600 for a one be. There were fleas, poisonous snakes and huge roaches all the time. I've been in Sugar tree 5 months and I have seen one palmetto Bug and some sugar ants. Obviously someone who is upset with Sugartree made it up.
