We have been waiting patiently for a rep to come and check the appliances to no avail. Our drier does not dry the clothes they were suppose to come on the 27 or 28 of this month and no one has come. NEED. HELP.

Use the maintenance request online and then if no one responds call the maintenance number. Sadly they have failed us with poor maintenance.

Some things never change unless they change staff & even then the staff lies & hides paperwork or denies verbal agreements
