I would not at recommend this retailer for purchasing a Coleman Mach AC unit. I had issues at the beginning of sale and even now. When I made the decision to purchase a new unit. I explained to salesman man, I wanted an identical match with my old Coleman unit and I asked him he would like to specs. He declined. Now I'm finding out from the manufacturer I need additional parts because the unit will not support my heating needs otherwise. My overall experience I was a defective unit, not the retailer's fault. However since the unit is under warranty the service tech at this store was sending me a guy who works on washing machines. 🥵. Again apples & oranges not matching up. Go figure!!!. I went the manufacturer website and the authorized service guy. They installed the second unit, but like I said I have no heat because the sales man didn't care because he simply wanted his commission. How awful to say the least of the way this company does business. 🤢🤮 I called your store after your response and left my telephone, so we can discuss this further.

Lisa helped us basically buy our new travel trailer over the phone ! These are great people to work with, seem to have a great selection at good prices. They have gone above and beyond in helping us. Even when the office was closed. Give their place a try. Just good down home folks.

Update: 5/2/22... just visited this place again and again they are super helpful. I cannot recommend them highly enough. The people here are very helpful. If they don't have what you need they can tell you where to find it. I'll keep going back to them for all of my RV needs.
