Had several minor issues with my 4 month old KZ Duramgo and the service team at RV Station Tyler did an Excelent job of getting every thing done in one day. In at 8:30am out by 4:00 pm. Ask for David, the Service Manager. I strongly recommend shopping with these folks when you are interested in purchasing a RV & when needing repairs.

Very disappointing. Needed repairs that would normally that less than 2 hours to do. Have to get wait a month or more to get in. Vacation is in 3 weeks

I took my RV in for a few minor issues to be addressed before my 12 month warranty ran out. Took forever to get it back. (Was told it was ready and has been ready. Service guy "thought" he had called me). The issues were fixed, but then there were other issues that were not an issue before I took it in. My outside speakers not working (they worked before). My hot water heater no longer works on electric, and my foot flush now opens before the water starts to flow, preventing you from filling the toilet with water. I will never buy from, or use RV Station again. You can't blame the pandemic for everything.
