It is a community park. Therefore is paid for by the surrounding residents, but it is open to the public.
Technically it is a private park but there is no effort to keep the public out. However they can throw you out if you break the rules. They can also get the sheriff department involved so if you come back you can get in trouble for trespassing
Yes, with restrooms, and a splash pad for younger children, as well as a train that goes through the park that you can ride. There 2 prices, one for residents and non-residents.
