The Urgent care PA was alarmed at my condition at the time of my visit. She sent me to the ER fearing I had blood clots. She was right and her direction may have saved me from a serious consequences. I was seen within 10 minutes of arriving at urgent care. I had a follow up at the honor health Gavilan peak office. Very happy with the care and got all the answers I needed for my ongoing care.

Very grateful to the staff here - I had to visit twice for an infection. On the second visit, the NP correctly recognized it was rapidly getting out of control and sent me to the ER. The result was surgery and a 2 day hospital visit, so she absolutely made the right call and prevented a potentially very serious situation. Rather than just saying "wait a few days" and sending me on my way, the staff not only saved me a lot of pain, but potentially an even worse outcome. Thanks very much to everyone there, including nurse Monika who was just the best!

In the last 5 years I've had 4 providers. Each one of them was outstanding. But Honor Health churns and burns through providers at an unmatched rate, this is terrible for providers, of course, but even more for patients. I am delaying a medical procedure yet again b/c now I'm going to have to find a new doctor. This corporate mentality of how many patients can you squeeze in during a day or an hour leaves providers drained and patients not receiving quality one on one care. There is no time to know the patient. There's no time for a provider to remember past discussions that help form a complete picture of the patient - they can't even get to know the patient. Waiting a month to be seen is ridiculous by any measure. You may as well use the urgent care as your primary, maybe that is what they want. I'd give zero stars but since I have to put something they get one. Do not waste your time here. They may get some great docs and NPs but they can't keep them.

All I received was a flu shot. I made an appointment for 11:30 and I was leaving by 11:37. Be sure an make an appointment, it speeds up so you don’t need to wait.k I plan on getting my Covid booster there.

I've been seeing my primary care physician at this facility for about four years, and other than a common X-ray equipment, I have never seen advanced diagnostic equipment — such as ultrasound and MRI. For this type of service, check HonorHealth at their Sonoran facility, just off of the I-17 and Dove Valley Road (near the "big" Fry's Market). Also, in the same medical complex on Anthem Way, there is a SimonMed imaging facility. I recently used there facility, and they have state-of-the-art equipment. However, I highly recommend that you get a FIRM PRICE and CHECK with your MEDICAL INSURANCE — BEFORE using SimonMed.
