I had ordered shoes online and didn’t realize your location is nowhere close to me and had requested to have it transferred to the Glendale store. Per Luis at your store you can’t transfer orders to different Nike factory stores because there is no way you can verify identity. I find this absurd. I’m unsure of your associates competence.
