I have a loved one recently housed at Morningstar. I live in Alaska. He has memory and hearing problems. Is there some staff I can send emails to when wanting to communicate? I do use the mail, but it's a little slow.

Call the Morningstar community where your loved was living.
Ask for the Resident Care Coordinator or a Community Relations person.
