Bethesda Gardens Assisted Living and Memory Care Phoenix

I was disappointed that although this facility has an assisted living side that graduates to a memory care side, they were lacking in accommodating someone with worsening memory issues. The majority of the staff on the assisted living side were not trained in how to deal with a resident who did not quite need memory care but still needs redirection. Also, their outdoor space was limited because it had a gate that lead out onto the preserve so someone with increasing memory issues could not enjoy the outdoor space.

Dawn Rizzo was incredibly professional, kind, and very focused on helping us find aplace within Bethesda Gardens for my mother. The wonderful staff at Bethesda Gardens has made a difficult time in our lives much, much better. They treat my Mom like gold and they are always on top of everything. They communicate with me often and keep me in the loop. I feel much better knowing she is in a loving and caring place. We consider ourselves very lucky to have found this place. It's also a beautiful place inside and out.
