One of my favorite venues in Phoenix. I've seen many shows there and it was a pleasant experience each time. The shows feel intimate yet spacious. You can get close up to the performer or have seat on the bleachers in the back. Where ever you're standing, you get a great view. The bar inside the showroom has plenty of drink options. I tend to get the weekly special because it's always different and very unique. The restaurant and outdoor patio have alot to offer as well. I highly recommend this place for hanging out, live music, or getting a bite to eat

Great atmosphere, really nice management, and security was perfect. Had a great concert, clean restrooms, quick bartenders.

Great food and drinks in an intimate venue. There isn't a bad seat in the house. The staff was attentive and friendly.

Staff, Security, sound and hospitality was all top notch!

The ballroom is designed for GA shows. It is primarily standing room toward the stage with bleacher seating in the back. Some shows are seated, meaning they will create rows of folding chairs or add an assortment of low and high top tables with chairs. Pay attention when you buy your ticket. The seating situation will be listed on the website.
Got there a little after 7. Front row was generally taken. Decided to sit in the bleacher seats in the back, rather than stand. It did get crowded pretty quick, but did not have to worry as the seats I got were great for viewing. Great atmosphere all around.
I don't know if they have a box office or something but it appears you can order tickets on their website.

Yes. 8pm for Alec Benjamin, but it is sold out.
There is definitely some ways depending on how you feel about rules and lawfulness.
Yes you need to call them because they have a pretty full schedule.
Some venues allow 16 - 20 year-olds.
Buy from the vendor website always!
No dress code!
Yes, but some shows are 16+ or 18+ as indicated on tickets/in show promos. Underage guests (12+) can be accompanied by legal guardians. Cocina 10 (the restaurant) is all ages until 9pm, when it moves to 21+... the FAQ section of the website details these policies too.
From book readings to moshpits
I visited last month and there was no vax or test check
There is no more mask mandate and keep in mind the crowd is mostly maskless

Lots, it is downtown phx, so nice hotels
1hr
There's about 4 rows of bleachers in the back
Best bet is to try and find something on Airbnb!
When we went there wasn't a huge rush to get in and they must have been letting people in early. We didn't have to wait but a moment or two to get through a security check
Each show will/ should show you the ages allowed by looking at cresentphx.com .
No. They are strict in checking ages. If you are ages 16 to 20, you have to enter and exit from the back of the building and are limited to a standing room only area to the west side of the stage. A security guard ensures none of the 16-20 year olds go into the 21 and over area throughout the evening.
Yes but 3rd party places are still selling tickets but for about twice the face value
21 and over
I very much doubt it
Nope, but the customer service here is really good perhaps they can help you find a solution
There's a small lot behind the bar if you can snag a spot it's free. Otherwise you grab a metered spot.
minimum age is 13 to get in, but you have to be with someone 18+
Yep most likely 21 and over but in this case maybe not. Being it's a Broadway. Just call them they are very helpful. Good luck!
No 21 and over
The weekly Flamenco show on Saturdays starts at 6pm. Occasionally, as with last Satuday, there is an expanded Flamenco event that occurs in the Ballroom. Door/Show times will vary for those occasions on an event by event basis.
What are you purchasing a ticket for? Which event? Odds are you will get a better response by going to the Facebook page associated with the event (more than likely has one) and asking in the discussion. Otherwise, assuming age restrictions don't apply, you can more than likely purchase a GA ticket to enter the venue with your kid, but will not be allowed in the VIP areas.
Any person under the age of 21 should always have ID unless accompanied by an adult.
You would not have to leave at 9. You can stay for the whole show
Of course
Yes, I would plan on having his ID at the ready
I'm not sure. I don't see why you couldn't but I think it's best to call that place to make sure. If nobody answers then I would first go without flow art and ask an employee while you're there.
As others have said, both...but, I believe junk fees are less buying at the box office. If you happen to be in the area days/weeks before the show, stop by BO to pick up tix (prices go up closer to show time). Also, BO is no longer @ CB... It is @ The Van Buren (across the street & 2 blocks down; walking distance)
We usually park behind the westin, i believe that is an asu lot either way its a garage and its always free and open after hours. We go there and walk to crescent ballroom its 5 minutes away
Not really but I suppose it was an all-ages show I think they can get in a 16
I think it might depend on the artists. There were cameras when we went though.
Kitchen closes at 12am.
Many different artists from a variety of genres will play at Crescent. I've seen indie rock bands from the UK, local salsa groups from the valley, and Daft Punk tribute DJs all play here. It really depends on who gets booked! It's always changing - but it's always good.
Park on the street to the north... If wkdays put money in till the no read meter.
It is NOT outside. There are restrooms both in the bar area and within the venue
Yes, but perhaps depending on a specific show/event. Be sure to check out the ticket info on their site if you're thinking of a particular concert or event. The restaurant area seems to be all ages, I believe m
