We usually park behind the westin, i believe that is an asu lot either way its a garage and its always free and open after hours. We go there and walk to crescent ballroom its 5 minutes away
I usually park there when i go to CB. I haven't had any problems yet... Doesn't mean you or I won't get towed in the future. Park @your own risk.
You are allowed to if you have an ASU parking pass. You can park in an ASU parking lot if it is posted that you can.
Theres tons of street parking, lots of it without meters even. I always use that
Anything parking struture thay states you need a permit is a risk. I recommend parking at a meter. Meters are free feom 10pm to 8am. I rather walk a block than to get a tow or ticket. If your alone then I don't know.
I wouldn't try it given current rules.
