Minimum age to be there "by yourself" is 16, until 9pm. As soon as there is someone younger than 16, you need a 21 yr old with you. After 9pm, the minimum age goes to 18. Again, as soon as someone in the party is younger than 18, you need a 21 yr old to accompany the party at all times.
