Ive called, left messages, been told ill get a call back and i cannot for the life of me get a hold of him, does this happen often?

Im still calling and leaving messages and nothing...... it's been 2 weeks

Yea they get swamped but if you call during business hours Kelly will answer the phone. It does take some patience but they are a great team. Why they are always so busy. Also remember they are gone for and hour lunch so be sure to call in morning or afternoon

Alcohol in the morning time and I get them and I leave a message and sometime they call back sometime they don't have the best time to call it in the morning when she open up between 9 and 10 the nurse usually answers the phone doctor don't answer the phone all doctors offices closed on Wednesday

The practice is a two-person operation: Dr Cavuto and his nurse/office assistant. It's best to call Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday--the office is closed all day Wednesday and Friday afternoon. Keep trying during those times and you will get the same great attention they give the other patients. Keep trying!
