I was nervous when my Dr, Mark Watkins, merged his long-time private practice with the Mazzoni clinic several years ago. I need not have been concerned. The clinic is everything a quality, one-step medical and community center should be. Mark Watkins has been my life-saving PCP and HIV specialist for over 27 years, keeping me alive during the nightmarish early days of the AIDS epidemic. Joining the Mazzoni facility has only made his medical care even more effective, with many more resources available to his patients. This facility makes those of us on the edge of the mainstream feel welcomed, cared for and much at ease. I can't thank Dr Mark and Mazzoni enough for their medical knowledge and professionalism.

I am always treated so kindly and with such respect when I am at the Mazzoni center. It is really a positive, and unique experience for the LGBTQIA+ community. I am grateful for the Mazzoni center and the service they provide to Philadelphia.

Case management for trans is a joke ..not helpful or genuinely advocate for clients..u will get the runaround..n B.S...no results..waste of time..youre just a number for funding..with no assistance.

It depends what test you are getting. You can get tested everyday. But your results will vary. Depending on which test you get. Your results will come back in a certain amount of time if a STD/STI test is performed (2 weeks usually) . If a HIV antibodi test is performed with a rapid test your results will be in in 60 seconds.
No, not at all. Was there anything letting you know you were still connected on the line that long? I believe Mazzoni also has an automated message saying how many callers are ahead of you. I think the longest wait I ever had may have been about 30-45 minutes with more than 6 callers ahead of me (been going there for at least 15 years now).
