I don’t normally leave reviews, but my appointment today was phenomenal! This place is the best place ever! They were nice and courteous. Great customer service! They set clear expectations on what they were doing and walked me through step by step process. I greatly appreciate Dr.Arnold and his team. Crystal, Aleshia, Jenn, and Sam. Everyone did an outstanding job! If I could give more stars I definitely would. They deserve a raise or increase in salary. I called back due to question I Had and Sam was able to answer quickly and provide a solution to my problem. She was very nice and helpful. The process was quick and easy. They were warm and friendly. Made me feel comfortable before and after the process. I appreciate their hard work and dedication. Because of them I no longer have to worry about my wisdom teeth bothering me and can now start the process to a better smile. Thank you all! I hope you guys have a great day! Thank you again for your wonder service and hospitality. Keep up the great work! I appreciate you all!

I had a great experience at Carolinas dentist. I was having pain and they fit me in at the last minute and gave me a root canal same day. Dr. Z and Nicole were awesome!!
