My experience with the brooks on eleven 66 has been horrible! Since being transferred to my new apartment In March I have had many maintenance issues that they just put a bandaid on instead of fixing. My bathroom has smelled like an old beach hotel since March and they just cover it with mold spray and spackle which maintenance advised that it was water damage but now those yellow water spots are now brown! 6 days ago my ac started leaking and they placed a bucket under my ac unit that has filled up twice still not fixed and my carpets and padding by entrance on both rooms are wet. It's day 6 and no one has contacted me, no one answers the phone and the leak is not fixed and me and my newborn are now sick and congested probably due to the fans being on the carpet without the leak even being fixed and my whole house smells like mildew and chemicals!! Yes I said it my newborn this is now a health hazard!! And we cannot stay there until it's fixed. Yea they changed the name, yes they are under new property management but seems as if they don't care about their residents health or the apartments conditions!!! So if you want a negligent property management that is only concerned with what the outside of the apartment complex looks like then this is the place for You!!
