I'm not entirely sure what the bad reviews are about because today was my first time there and everyone was pretty helpful and friendly. I mean there was one dude that was "ehh" but overall it was good. As far as them not letting you shoot without having 1+ years experience, I got nothing of that. Did the 5 minute safety thing and signed a couple of things as I was good to go. Never even asked me how much experience I have.

That star is generous. Staff sold me aluminum shell while told them I was shooting a Henry rifle. Looked in booklet heavily advised against using that ammo. Staff never told me about the dangers they only wanted to make a sale and when I went to exchange it they said they couldn’t do it that it’s against federal regulations but no sign in building, nothing on receipt about that bs so they lost a customer but I really don’t think they care they will make it up on the next customer with overpriced ammo and high priced range fees. Hope they treat you better than I experienced but I doubt it.

I have had great experiences each time I have come here. The team is incredible. I took the introductory handgun course with Justin, who helped ease my nerves during the firing portion of the class. I came back for concealed carry course, and Chris, the owner, I hope I got the name correct, helped with my nervousness as well and gave me a quick refresher on gun safety because, for some reason, I keep misplacing my thumb 🤦🏽‍♀️. Thank you to everyone at the establishment. The knowledge I have gained is tremendous and helpful. I highly recommend this establishment.

If you see the low stars, most of them seem to be made by the same person on several different accounts. My experience was pleasant. No place is going to be perfect, but I would recommend it.
