I’m currently living here and I’ve been having issues since I moved here last year in February. I’ve been having issues with roaches due to having nasty neighbors. I’ve made complaints but nothing has been done. I asked to be transferred last year when I was pregnant with my son so I can have more space. I was told it has to be five heartbeats in my two bedroom apartment for me to be transferred to a three bedroom. Then there was an incident that happened with my toilet by accident. I was told that I can’t be transferred to a three bedroom until I pay my plumbing bill. Now they’re saying my toilet is damaged which is stopping me from being able to be transferred to a three bedroom apartment when I asked to be transferred last year when I was pregnant with my son. This is low income based apartments. I thought that they were willing to be helpful towards their tenants but that’s not the case. I keep my apartment clean and I have to deal with roaches that I didn’t ask to be in my apartment it’s just not right. I wouldn’t recommend anyone living here. They’re not willing to help and your complaints aren’t being taken into consideration.

Currently living here the worse place ever I’m on the first floor so I get no rest my neighbors are up all night only time I get rest is if they are sleep and it’s also starting to affect my kids as well they can’t get rest either I complained several times I’m told there’s nothing they can do it’s apartment living she’s tired of the tenants complaining about others roaches etc they don’t care about you but don’t pay your rent u will be evicted but ignore all your complaints it’s under new management and things haven’t changed I’ve never lived in such misery i missed work due to lack of sleep and u telling me it’s nothing you can do it’s ridiculous at this point so why have quiet time from 11pm-7am if u are not going to enforce that after this time it’s consideration for your neighbors I also feel like because u live in hud living you’re looked down on everyone goes thru or have been thru some kind of hardship and u come here until you can do better and get no respect no peace its sad I wish I didn’t have to give a star no stars are deserved but that’s the only way I can post it……..

I moved to this property in 2014 and let me tell you it was the worst mistake I could have made the property Manager made a comment to saying to be so young you have nice furniture I didn't pay any mind to it at that time but then I had lost my mother and left plenty of voicemail to return back home to DC for the services and I would pay rent when i return unless there was another options she would like no response not even two weeks later of me returning I had a notice on my door and could not get into my home, not a call, not an email or anything when I went to go talk to this property manager she refuses to have a conversation I should have sued the hell out of this place But at the time i just didn't have any fight left in me from losing my mother for one she never put my furniture in storage for me to get out within those 60 days by law once a tenant has been evicted she sold the furniture that was given to me from my mother and also let some other people that lived there get what they wanted this place was nasty and was not kept up how it should have been but i mean at the moment you take what you can take i really wish someone would report this lady for all the wrong doing she has cause to innocent people those things that i had was something special that was provided to me before my mother passed and for you to just up right and most likely listen to the voicemail and sell my stuff and take what you want I pray life takes you slow as it comes. If I could give this a zero Its not worth your time or money bad area, bad landlord bad place but what I can say this has made me stronger over the years and to be aware of people like her.
