Don’t move here unless you want things stolen from your apartment or other wise set up your own cameras and the apartments here are nasty and molded and they will not move me into a new unit I called people out here and even got her a ticket and still nothing is being done. I regret moving here and I have a one year old she do not care about anything or anybody she only wants your money and she will lie and say you damaged things that was there before moving in. Even tho I took pics before
Hello aren't allowed any pets in Cumberland gardens, i recommend you go towards uptown spring lake north Carolina as there are a few free residents, nd i use too live there for 3 years and their rules outway living their even tho it is cheap.
My Daughter lived there for a while😕No pets !!!!
