Hi, Cassandra, We do build on site but it is a 15 % up charge and must be paid in full. They come out and get it built but they do not paint them if built on site due to overspray etc. We will come out and check it for sure on Saturday and see what is best to proceed with after that. We can help you which ever way you choose.
I do not have repos right now but I do have 3 that new but are priced the same as a repo. They are all 10x20 and have porches
