I have a court date for and eviction notice and no one told me about the escrow account but my air has been out for 3 months and I go to count on the 14 Wat could happen if u don't have the money in escrow

Nothing, it's under the NRS that you have the legal right to withhold rent in the state of Nevada for inhabitability issues and your AC should be fixed in 48hours. Just put the money to the side.

You need to show you had the money somewhere and not withholding because you do not have it. Escrow account is proper, bring bank records that covers the time period.
