I'm told to return an item here that I purchased on line. Is this a scam? It was an Arctos cooler.

No scam. The receiving department is where all returns and delivered trucks come. Arctos is one of many products that are distributed there. Item part of Artic Air. Usually if not all returns come there through ups or Fedex.
