Without actually being in the building, there is no way to find out if someone "showed up". If you are talking about a case being filed against someone, you can Google Las Vegas Justice Court Case Look-up and it will lead you to a link to which you could use to enter the person's name and find all cases filed against that person.
Who are you talking about? If you were there, you would know who showed up!
