I love the environment. It's very employee friendly!

Quite regretful that I started to work here complete waste of time A lot of the people here are not very bright

It's not the worst call center to work for, but it's far from the best. I worked for Telus for years, held multiple titles (including training) & worked at 2 locations. If you need a paycheck to get you by and you aren't expecting a true livable wage, it's fine. If you're looking for career development and an engaging, caring culture - you can do better.

It's a great place

Like Robert said, it depends on the campaign and sometimes it's for certain time slots.
The company is legit however the bad part about them is your employment could be as short as just getting thru their training days or actually stay on long enough to fulfill a contract. I got to work approx 3 weeks and FEMA pulled the contract from Telus. Not sure of the specifics other than it took forever for Telus to get us our credentials so we could start taking calls 🤔 Good luck to you in securing employment with them.

People are allowed the day off in some campaigns or if they have good work history, there is a system to who gets the day off.
Yes, Human Resources. If you still have access to Workday you can get all of your pay stubs there
Depends on campaign
Walk in...if u applied, if not then apply on indeed or at telusinternational.com
They have mostly google . the Google phone, Google play, 23 & me campaign & some others. Pay varies depending on position & campaign.
Honestly no. I work there and people get hired without any experience all the time.
Mostly it is a Monday thru Friday schedule with 3 different possible shifts. Please understand though that it is a 24hour running facility and it could very as the company deems fit.
Apply online at Telus International or go down and speak with HR
Yes
You can do both. I believe it is better to go in person to the building. You will have to knock on the glass doors and then security will let you in. Ask for HR. Sometimes they do interview on the spot but not always. They do have large events where they will do applications, testing and interviews all same day. HR will be able to answer all your questions.
You should have some type of call center experience, customer service is a must and priority. Depending on what your applying for technical support is very helpful. They will also train you in the campaign your going for great place to work.
Hitting is unknown unless you visit the website. Last I heard we will be hitting around March. But I could be wrong. Good luck though either way
Yes, Smoke shops should be able to help you with getting around that small obstacle.
Outsourced customer support for other companies.
Aretha to properly answer your question, yes at one point there was an issue with bed bugs. But the problem has since been resolved and Telus does have very regular checks of the building done
