The call center is SO RUDE. I’ve spent over 5 hours trying to get something figured out. Told them multiple times please don’t transfer me to traffic because the line isn’t working and just hangs up they still do. When I ask for a manager they send me to the customer service supervisor which just lets me leave a voicemail. I have something I have to get figured out by this weekend. AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Horrendous customer service. What am I paying taxes for. Do not anwser their phone. Provide no information about court dates. Will not even send information via mail regarding court dates. Hire more people!!!!

The Las Vegas Justice Center should definitely be on your list of places to check if you're shopping around for justice. Whatever kinds of justice you may be in the market for, they've got you covered. They have justice served, fugitives of justice, justice for all, justice of the peace, maybe even Dave Justice. Justice doesn't come cheap but it always prevails. I, personally, have tried various brands of theirs, most of which I didn't even have to ask for, but they all just feel right. I suggest you get down there and make it your first stop...it might just be your only chance to seek justice before you find yourself wondering, '.....is there any justice these days..?'

Nothing, it's under the NRS that you have the legal right to withhold rent in the state of Nevada for inhabitability issues and your AC should be fixed in 48hours. Just put the money to the side.
Without actually being in the building, there is no way to find out if someone "showed up". If you are talking about a case being filed against someone, you can Google Las Vegas Justice Court Case Look-up and it will lead you to a link to which you could use to enter the person's name and find all cases filed against that person.
Call DMV and ask them which court you should file in. I think you can lien sale the vehicle & get a title to the vehicle. Good luck. Go early to DMV so they can help you.

Of you got a 24 hour notice to leave go to the court on the 2nd by 8 am and petition for an extension...file for a hardship so it won't cost you anything to file...the judge can give you max a 10 day extension to vacate...weekends don't count...I'm not saying he will give you 10 days but by law he's only allowed up to ten days...he may only give you 7 days just depends..but till Feb 1st would be no way

Upon entering the building, just past security and behind the information desk are wall mounted monitors. Defendant's names are listed alphabetically. Courtrooms are listed next to their name. For example 7B, means 7th floor courtroom B. If name isn't listed ask the information desk for assistance.

Often times you must go in person to obtain assistance in Spanish as most times they're working the windows and or lobbies. Most telephone systems have moved on to automated and those that haven't only have one or two individuals that may not be able to assist you.

You should be able to go in and set up a court date to quash warrant. But there is also a number to call that you can pay the warrant over the phone and it takes about 1-24 hrs to show in the system. Lol no I don't get in trouble I work for a runner service for attorneys.

Also don't forget...you have a 10 day grace period after the due date plus if you're hurting for cash to pay the ticket...go to the justice court before the due date...try to go on a Friday...you can asked the judge for an extension and he will grant you a 90 day extension on the ticket... you're allowed to do this 3 times

If they didn't give you the information you may contact your insurance company and give them the name and plate information of the driver. They can probably provide that information as well
