Why does SUMMERLIN costco have the most expensive Costco gas then a few Arco and US gas???

Prices seem to be different at all. Paid $4.11at St.Rose Monday $4.04 at MLK yesterday.

Supply chain each comes from different companies and the algorithm is different for each.
