I don't understand! I received a voicemail on Wed 09/14 for a rescheduling for my appt on 09/28. I have left over 10 voicemails, no one answers the phone, was able to talk to billing ONCE but they transferred me over, leading me to leave another VM.

What I was told it's they are sorry staffed because I have called and it transfers you to a machine to leave a message and so far I have recieved 0 return calls.
