When calling at 8am, 9am, 10am. Nobody to pickup phone, always voicemail even leaving messages. No one calls back. Had to drive to office just to get a simple answer. I did leave my name and my phone number waited from morning til afternoon. What is the use of first come first serve if the patient called since morning. Dr. Aragon is a very good Doctor he needs to have an organised and attentive staff.
