I tried twice & got in within a 2 week date. Keep trying. I have used their service last 3 year's & they are awesome, thorough, knowledgeable & everything is checked twice before you leaving their office. Their service is free & much needed for us on social security or low income. IRS has extended the deadline till may so keep trying website...its worth it being pleased with this wonderful organization that helps our seniors.
Oh no :( sorry. I just checked the website for you and notice that there's no more time slots. See if she can go there with her paperwork and asked the lady in the front if she could just drop it off and let them do it and then they will call her when they have completed her Taxes. if they don't have any more appointments that might be a good idea to do that. It's to bad she didn't sign up back in January to get an appointment. My friend told me to go right away. I was lucky to get an appointment when I did. Okay,Good luck
