No and yes. They don't euthanize there, however if they have to they send them to another location. But as one employee told me, it's only as a last resort

My neighbor has 2 mastiff rottweilers. She keeps them locked up in tiny cages in her garage all year long. The only exercise they get is a walk to the corner to use the bathroom and then back into their tiny cages. Isn't that neglect.
