They didn't have the part in stock.vwithour me asking immediately told me whick stores nearby had it in stock and how many they had in the computer system. The associate then gave me his opinion on the accuracy of those individual stores inventory. The store he recommended is further away but had more inventory and accuracy, in his opinion, than the first store. Side note: I heard him answer the phone. He was very professional. He didn't just say AutoZone, please hold. He said can you hold. He waited for them to answer. He then told them the name of the associate that would be picking up the to help them. I have never even had them wait for me to say yes I'll hold.
