My kids want a kitten but financially I can't oay the fee. Is their any way I could adopt a kitten for free?

No, but you can get a cat 7 or over which is neutered/spayed for free.

Most of the fee is for the required medical treatment. There are discounts around certain holidays. Older cats who are already spayed may not need as much.
