Call ASPCA they deal with specific problems like that and they contact directly who needs to handle the situation
call Prince George's county animal management and tell them what is going on they will either come out and set a humane trap which means they could put food and water in it you have to monitor it everyday the minute you see an animal in it call them so they can come out and retrieve the trap again I say you have to monitor it because God forbid that animal dies on your property and under your porch you could face prosecution and or jail time so call them so they can help you or they either tell you to go to home Depot and get a trap still the same process monitor it call them and they will come and remove the animal hope this helps
