There is always someone there - but you may have to ring the door bell. There isn't a fee for surrendering but I'm sure a donation would be appreciated- either money or items. If you want to surrender your pet in the hopes they are re-homed I think it would be best to do it face-to-face so they can get the history and bring the shot records. The process is a one page paper of the name, age, gender, if the animal is fixed .... type of questions and that's it.
Yes but as soon as you leave they euthanize the animals. I surrendered and not even 4 hours later my dog was euthanized and had no medical issues
