If u a newbie after three years of working there we get raise when they feel like it. Last raise we got was in September 2019 next raise if they get approve we get a extra dollar but that just a temporary dollar after peak is over they take that dollar back from us So if they do that again do as many extra shift from them
Are you just starting? If You do double shifts that will pay off because of peak season. Right now we working 7 days
