I give them a zero they claim they attempted a delivery and I found they had a mixup and the carrier had the wrong scan sent to the driver. No one came and I’ve been waiting all day for a 140 lb package. Then they ask if I wanna come pick it up. They don’t even know where it is smh Last delivery was left by the garage next to a dumpster. I would never use fedex Liars and no one knows what they’re doing especially the Chicago facility.

No this is not an drop off location
This particular location only accepts prepaid Ground labeled packages. To ship to Argentina would need to go through a FedEx Office or authorized shipping center.
