No issues with the place nore workers

Very bad place ... some female employees do not like to work .... are lazy ... hate those who ask for a service or even an answer to a question, believe me ... the last time I was with employee No. 3. In order to renew my license, she refused my service on the pretext that my license had expired I explained to her that the Covid is the insult, and she took me to another employee to explain to me in Spanish, then who told her that I speak Spanish???? Who is responsible for selecting these people or hiring them for these positions?
