Every one was super nice. It was pouring rain when I got here and the front desk lady gave me napkins to dry off which was very much appreciated since I was wearing white. Jaleesa was also very helpful since this was my first time picking glasses on my own. Shes super sweet and helpful but not pushy like some people can be. Overall a good experience. Edit: Went in to have me yearly eye exam (have used this place my whole life) and there must be a new front desk lady. She was rude right off the bat, but I brushed it off and went about my appointment. Everyone else was great (especially Jaleesa, shes literally the best ever). I ordered my glasses no problem. I called a couple hours later to get a price on a box of daily contact lenses just to have on hand and the lady at front desk was extremely rude again. I asked for a price she was confused. So i politely asked her if there was someone I could speak to that could help with lenses. She was confused. Then I restarted and told her I was wanting daily wear contact lenses and was needing a price (my insurance had already covered glasses so I knew I would have to pay out of pocket). I was getting a little frustrated at this point. She, very snarkily, responded “no, thats just not how it works. If she didnt write a prescription you cant just order them.” I responded (yes my voice was a little raised because something so simple turned into her being rude and snarky) “well would it be best for me to make another appointment”. I had to ask 2-3 times to get an actual response because she was too worried about my “yelling”. I was able to get my latest appointment the day before and she told me that there next appointment wasnt until oct 28th. How is there that much difference? Ive always loved the staff at this place but front desk seems to really have gone downhill. I ended up telling her I will try and find another place and she hung up on me. I’m sorry for the long review but im not sure how such a simple question with what could have been a simple answer (“youll have to make another appointment to get those”) went so downhill.
