Love this gym, and the sauna

24 hour gym with plenty of equiptment. Good atmosphere for intermediate to advanced weightlifters, as there are competitive powerlifting and bodybuilding members who attend this facility. Rubber coated flooring could use some repair as certain parts are worn down due equiptment usage etc. The deadlift platform is positioned in a tight corner. Overall a good local gym.

Great local gym. Arrived around 10am and did a tour. For a membership, super easy process. It wasn't packed, nice equipment. Love it here

No they don't. But they do have a touch screen system that you can watch and exercise to videos like P90x or insanity!

All members must be 13 years of age or older and with a parent until they are sixteen and driving on their own. No children are allowed at any time.
I don't think anyone does boxing here unfortunately. Best bet call the martial arts schools near by or try face book
