The store helped me get a shipping label to return my at home box. Don't know why they just could not take it back. On the phone they told me to go to the store to return . Waste my time. The people at the store were nice to get me a return label

It all depends, do you already own the galaxy 8, or will you be purchasing it. the kind of plan u want to pick. And what best fits your needs. Usually prepaid plans come with alot of restrictions and minimal data.
Try powering the phone off wait for 10 seconds and power the phone back on

Varies on the plan you want. They have several prepay plans and several more traditional type plans. Yes you can buy your phone on a timr plan or outright.
