Not all cbd products are the same. I began using cbd as i weaned from traditional medicine that made me sleepy. I prefer the gummies that are great tasting and deliver a calm, concentrated focus. Although gummies take longer to deliver effects i have tried many other brands like HC8, Tommy Chong and found irregular dosage and messy globs as they could not stand the heat in shipping. Through trial and error over 8 months , the CBD corner gummies provides me the quality of taste and dosage to relieve my arthritis. I eat a gummy of 15 mg in the morning and i remain focused and functional as the benefits loosen my hands and feet. I chew another gummy right after my evening meal to get a restful sleep and wake without groggy effects, ready to take on the day. My only side effect, if it is one, is vivid dreams and remembering my dreams. Restful, recovery sleep in the REM levels includes dreaming but recall is usually spotty and most times disturbs sleep.
