Why is it still showing as "OPEN" when I went there for my hearing 3-16-20@ 3pm, payed the street parking and once inside The security guard tells everyone the Hearings are canceled today. No phone message once called or any info on webpage.

I revceived a ticket for not having a Chicago sticker on my car. I have to attend a zoom court meeting, and have not been given the Zoom link to log on to for tomorrow's court appearance to prove I have the sticker now. What do I do?

I did not receive my Notice of Final Determination for an expired meter. I have proof I paid for parking before receiving the ticket. There is no way to request a hearing online or in person. Can I appear without appointment for hearing?
