I would like to know if it is normal for a case to take longer than 5 years to take care of because that's how long its been on my case and I have not gotten any farther than an appeal and know nothing more I can't even get a call back

I worked with Klain and had my disability in about a year. I did not see a judge but did have medical testing but my claim was based on mental not physical issues.

My case lasted a little over two and a half years and 2 appeals before finally getting in front of a judge. They like you are at the mercy of the establishment. They like to stall alot hopping you will give up. Hang in there they'll let you know when they have exhausted your claim.
