No, you do not have to print the tickets. After you pay online they send you an email with a barcode which is scanned from your phone to get into the museum.

Even if you have to wait in line the wait time is minimal. It goes quick. I recommend getting to the museum early to maximise your time there. The sheer amount of things to do is astounding.
