Been here a few times now, and it’s nice. One of the best in the area for anybody interested in barefoot walking. Not too many downsides, some of the trail maintenance is a bit lacking and there’s only one trail map I found. Hasn’t been very crowded any of the times I’ve been there. Also great for families, tons of room for picnics and the like and there’s a couple of playgrounds. Bonus for connecting to the canal walkway!

Nice park
Vickey Beaver
The park is well maintained with public restrooms, trails, tables, grills, a dog park, playgrounds, tennis courts, and lodges and a shelter for rent. Great for walking, running, and biking. Also connects to the canal path. Update: As of July 2022, one of the two main roads in the park has been repaved, eliminating a pot hole problem that developed over the last few years.

Yes, it is free
Most have picnic tables in them and a working kitchen. Best to call for details and prices
No. You should never feed wild animals. Also, bread causes birth defects in ducks. It is not a healthy food source.
There is a ramp from the park to the canal path. It is almost to the dog park.
Yes. In the Canal fishing is aloud with a license.
I think the boat launch is at Henpeck park just down the street on Rigdeway Ave, very close to Elmgrove Rd
Best bet is to call the town and ask, especially for availability
The dog park does have two sides, well fenced, but you will need a special card or code from Monroe County to get into the park. My dog has a Greece license, and that is not enough.
Exterior entrance to the bathrooms at the Millennium Lodge at the end of the entrance road.
No
If you come into the park, take the first left after the service road and it's a little past the jig in the road straight ahead!
Yes. Grills and bathrooms are around the oark
No. There are picnic pavilions and lodges. But no overnight visitors.
Not sure
