Haven't had a bad experience and I have been a patient for 2 years.
I agree. It's a horrible place. Caused me a huge amount of grief. The one time the manager was nice to me was when he thought he could get me to change my negative review. If he was smarter, he might have realized that I could change my review back to a negative one. Also: Beware any person who thinks "I'm sorry you feel that way" is an apology. Yikes.
