If you are pulling a camper park in one of the truck slots and you should be fine as long as you aren't there for more than 24hrs. Otherwise they might think you're camping.
Honestly, I don't see why not. There is an area for 18-wheel trucks and an area for cars. I suppose you could try either side of that parking area and the worst they can do is tell you to move.
